We are seeking dedicated mobile cleaners to join our team managing HMO (Houses of Multiple Occupancy) The ideal candidates will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various premises, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for the clients. Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces Maintain cleanliness in designated areas such as washrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces. Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used efficiently and stored properly after use Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning activities Follow health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as required Communicate effectively with team members and clients to meet their specific cleaning needs

Requirements

Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is required. Valid driving licence and own vehicle is essential as this roles requires travel between sites Good command of English language for effective communication with colleagues and clients Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude Excellent communication skills to coordinate tasks efficiently and respond to client requests Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Reliable, punctual, and organised with a keen eye for detail
