Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated part time Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in an officer environment, ensuring that all areas are well-presented and welcoming. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing excellent service to our clients. The cleaning needs to be done Monday-Friday 5pm onwards.

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, and communal spaces. Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, mopped, and sanitised according to established protocols. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address any specific cleaning needs or concerns. Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and report when stock levels are low. Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks. Provide exceptional customer service by responding positively to client requests and feedback.

Requirements

Proven experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact courteously with clients. A valid driving licence is desirable for travel between sites. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks. Flexibility in working hours may be required based on client needs.
