Job Overview

Cleaning Supervisor Monday to Friday 6am to 8am Enhanced DBS required.

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, and communal spaces. Supervisor cleaning team, point of contact for Client and staff. Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, mopped, and sanitised as required. Manage waste disposal and recycling processes efficiently. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishments as needed. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client requests with professionalism and courtesy. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A valid driving licence is advantageous for roles requiring travel between locations. Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are essential for maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
