Diamond UK Facilities Management are looking for a very experienced, dedicated and reliable Cleaning Supervisor to head up a brand new team of four at the Sports Performance Centre at Heriot Watt University in Riccarton Campus, Edinburgh EH14.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years proven supervisory experience in a commercial cleaning environment and have extensive experience of using various cleaning machinery such as buffers, scrubber dryers and multi-washes and training staff to use these. This work will include wet side area cleaning and experience of this is also required.

You will play a crucial role, cleaning and leading a team of 4 Cleaning Operatives to maintain cleanliness and hygiene ensuring that all areas are cleaned to an exceptionally high standard.

This position requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, experience of leading a team successfully and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Working Days and Hours

Monday 10.00 pm to 1.30 am

Wednesday 10.00 pm to 1.30 am

Friday 10.00 pm to 1.30 am

Saturday 8.00 pm to 11.30 pm

Sunday 10.00 pm to 1.30 am

Qualifications

Proven cleaning supervisory experience of at least 5 years is essential Strong communication skills in English to interact effectively with clients and team members Excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction Ability to lead a team Your own transport will be essential due to the location and working hours Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks
