Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, ensuring that all areas are tidy and presentable. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Our office is based in Buckley CH7. You will travel to all areas the business covers and use of a business vehicle.

Supervisory Duties;

-Overseeing/directing team cleans

-covering staff sick/holiday

-Spot checking standards in various locations

-basic admin duties at our office

-Stock control

-Making deliveries

-inducting and training team members

You will be required to work

16 HOURS OVER 5 EVENINGS BETWEEN 6PM-10PM. The rota is published a week in hand. At least once per month you may be expected to work a short evening shift or weekend shift to carry out supervisor duties.

These shifts will be given to you in advance.

Work vehicle available, paid time and mileage.

General Duties

Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Clean and sanitise bathrooms, kitchens, and communal areas to ensure a hygienic environment. Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately. Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages. Follow health and safety guidelines while performing cleaning duties. Assist with special cleaning projects as required. Ensure all equipment is used safely and maintained in good condition.

Qualifications

Full UK valid license is essential for this role

Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing cleaning or maintenance. Good organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new cleaning techniques. Flexibility in working hours may be required based on operational needs.
