Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaning Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in various settings, ensuring that all areas are well-kept and presentable. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

We are building a team of three cleaners to cover Berkshire, Bucks & Surrey. One cleaner would be responsible for driving, one would be washing cloths/purchasing cleaning supplies, one would invoice/admin. Fuel & supplies will be paid for.

This a fantastic opportunity for a team to grow and earn a consistent income. Most of the jobs would be regular cleans, End of Tenancy & After Builders consiting of 3-6 jobs per week.

Duties

Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces. Ensure all surfaces are dusted, mopped, vacuumed, and sanitised as required. Manage waste disposal and recycling processes effectively. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are stored correctly and used safely. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services provided. Drive to various locations as needed to perform cleaning duties.

Experience

Previous experience in a cleaning role is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided. Proficiency in English is required for effective communication with clients and colleagues. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients. Good communication skills are essential for reporting tasks and collaborating with team members. A valid driving licence is preferred for travel between locations when necessary.
