Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Suervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing our existing team of cleaners, ensuring that the building is maintained to a high standard. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Duties
Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces. Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Interact courteously with clients and staff while performing cleaning duties. Follow established cleaning procedures and schedules to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Assist with additional tasks when staff require addishinal halp.
Requirements
Proven experience in a supervising role is preferred but not essential. Strong communication skills in English to effectively interact with clients and team members. Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism at all times. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
