Support Cleaning Team leader - Fusion school services

Job type - Permanent

14.60 per hour

37.5hrs per week

42 weeks Monday - Friday,

Mobile position, working in the Exeter, Plymouth, Crediton and East Devon

Van and fuel card provided

2 weeks deep cleaning during the end of August and 1 week of deep cleaning during the February half.

Fusion school services are dedicated to providing a safe, clean environment for our students and staff. We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated support cleaning Team leader to join our teams.

Key responsibilities

Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting and vacuuming of classrooms, sports areas, corridors and washrooms.

Ensure all areas are well maintained and meet the approved standards.

Support the full-time cleaning staff during peak times and absences.

Adhere to Health and Safety regulations.

Take responsibility for their assigned area of work.

Complete cleaning order requests

Complete a stock take

Actively participate in training

Support the Cleaning co Ordinator with absences

Qualifications / experience

Previous cleaning supervision experience preferred but not essential.

Ability to lead a team

Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean environment.

Good communication skills and a friendly attitude.
