Location: Coventry and Birmingham
Type: Full Time Permanent
Hours: 37 hours over a 7-day week, working any 5 from 7 days (Monday to Sunday)
To be able to drive and willing to drive a small company vehicle
is essential
Key Responsibilities:
All Cleaning duties to communal areas in blocks of flats
Litter and small-scale graffiti removal using hand wipes
Biohazard removal
Emergency light checks
Alarm Checks
Qualifications and experience:
Experience in cleaning
All Cleaning duties to communal areas in blocks of flats
Litter and small-scale graffiti removal using hand wipes
Able to clean to a required standard set by management
To be able to work and meet varying deadlines
To be able to work effectively alone or as part of a team
To be able to work in unpleasant conditions
To be able to complete basic paperwork related to daily work
To be able to complete compliance checks after adequate training
