We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Clerical Administrator / Customer Service advisor, to join our team at Caprice.
Responsibilities:
Liaise face to face, via telephone and email with customers.
Proficiency in clerical duties, data entry and use of office software including Excel and Word.
Create Sales Quotes / Sales Invoices using our Sage software.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
Maintain a clean and organised sales floor, ensuring that merchandise is well-displayed.
Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
Full UK Driving Licence is desirable.
Experience:
Experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
A friendly and approachable demeanour, with a passion for helping others.
A compassionate approach when dealing with customer service queries.
Basic numerical skills for handling transactions and managing cash.
