Allsop Carpets & Flooring are looking for an experienced Administrator who is friendly, efficient and organised to work in the busy, fast paced environment of their Admin Office/Reception and Showroom. Duties will include typing worksheets, quotations, invoices and emails, helping customers with their requirements, ordering flooring and taking payments as well as filing.
It is essential that you are numerate and literate with an excellent telephone manner and strong and efficient PC and administration skills. Experience of Microsoft Word and Excel are essential, Sage Accounting would also be helpful although not essential if you are a quick learner. Customer service experience would also be preferable, although not essential if you have a friendly, confident manner. Good communication skills are needed as you will be liaising with colleagues, customers, suppliers and the fitting team.
Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm including one Saturday a month with a day off in the week. Some flexibility both ways.
