Please note, interviews for this position will be held on Wednesday 7 May 2025.The ServiceThe Asset Management Team is part of the Property Department and works across all companies within Hillcrest.The Asset Management Team deals with property management and maintenance issues to ensure that properties are well maintained and in accordance with relevant property legislation.The RoleAn opportunity has arisen for a new position of Clerical Assistant within the Asset Management Team. The Clerical Assistant will be responsible for providing clerical and administrative support within the Asset Management Team and contribute to provide excellent customer service, liaising with tenants and owners and working with all members of the team to help ensure the wider team meets its objectives.You Will

  • Qualified to a minimum of SCQF Level 4
  • Be customer focused and demonstrate a commitment to putting customers first
  • Work co-operatively and collaboratively with colleagues to deliver services and outcomes
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work to targets
