Job Description

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, motivated person who will provide clerical administrative support in the Child Health School Health Service. The post will be based at T? Derwydd, Ysbyty Cefni, Llangefni.



The successful candidate will have a good standard of education, good communication skills, be able to work on their own initiative and be efficient and organised with their own workload. The candidate should also have keyboard skills and experience of Microsoft Office Package.



A good telephone manner and communication skills are essential. The post holder will be required to demonstrate a professional and sensitive manner and maintain confidentiality at all times.



The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Providing patient data on the Child Health computer system including details of medical examinations, immunisation results, significant conditions, and medical history. Organising the transfer of records for children moving in and out of schools and in and out of the area. Sending records to and receiving records from other Child Health departments, Health Visitors, School Nurses, and other agencies.
