Now, we're looking for a Client Account Director (or a Senior Account Manager ready to step up) to help drive client success and agency growth by delivering exceptional content solutions, deepening client relationships, and expanding our portfolio with global financial institutions. Outcomes for Success


Achieve a client Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 8+ across assigned accounts within 12 months. Grow revenue from existing clients by 20% year-on-year through upselling and cross-selling. Win at least 2 new high-value client accounts in the first year. Work with the team to deliver all client projects on time and within budget, maintaining a client satisfaction rate of 90%+. Develop and implement at least three new strategic initiatives that improve client engagement or agency offerings annually. Mentor, develop and recruit as appropriate, at least one new team member to support business growth.

Role Requirements


Significant experience as an Account Director or Senior Account Manager, ideally in a creative or agency environment. Demonstrable track record of growing client accounts and delivering complex projects. Strong network in financial services or related sectors is a plus with the ability to stay ahead of these industry trends. This is a client facing role. You are able to be in the central London office a minimum of 3 days per week or more as events and clients require.
