Act as the primary liaison between the company and assigned clients, ensuring timely and effective communication.
Manage client relationships with a focus on satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Understand client goals, industry trends, and business needs to provide tailored solutions.
Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Development, Training and Support) to deliver seamless client experiences.
Monitor account performance and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
Prepare and present regular reports, and performance updates.
Address client issues and escalate as needed to ensure resolution.
Assist in contract renewals, proposals, and negotiations.
Track and manage client feedback to inform improvements and development.
Requirements
:
2-5 years of experience in account management, customer success, or client-facing roles.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in sales CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Adaptable and open to change, with knowledge of modern communication methods (linked-In, WhatsApp, etc.)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in Software or property lettings would be an advantage.
Ability to manage diverse client portfolios with varying needs and priorities.
