Position Overview:

The Client Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key clients predominately being Housing Associations. The role ensures the successful delivery of contracted services, identifies opportunities for growth and improvement, and acts as the primary liaison between operational delivery teams and client representatives.

Leading a team the Account Manager plays a critical role in supporting the operational business managing an administrative team ensuring customer satisfaction, contract compliance, and sustainable business growth across multiple housing and property service portfolios.

Essential Requirements, Qualifications & Training:

Proven experience in account management or client relationship management within the

housing, property services, construction, or facilities management sectors.

Experience managing large-scale contracts or frameworks with housing assoc Understanding of housing compliance, property maintenance, and safety regulations (e.g., gas, electrical, fire, asbestos). Strong reporting and presentation skills.

Desirable:

Knowledge of government funding programmes (e.g., ECO, SHDF, or decarbonisation schemes). Professional qualification in account management, business, or housing-related discipline (e.g., CIH, APM, ILM). Experience in CRM systems and digital contract reporting tools.

WorKing Hours:

Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 35,000.00-380,000.00 per year
