As part of our Global Client Programme within FMCG & Retail sectors, we're hiring a
Client Account Manager
with a global remit to join Smollans' Enterprise Client Team. You will be instrumental in driving a collegiate global partnership with one of our Top 10 Tier 1 Clients. A highly visible role; you'll work alongside our senior executive to ensure commercial activity and shape account success.
What You'll Do;
Support the development and execution of strategic account plans for our Tier 1 key enterprise clients
Build polished, insightful decks and presentations for QBR's that land with impact and earn trust
Collaborate across commercial, client facing and operational teams to align on client priorities
Track client performance, satisfaction and proactively identify opportunities and risks
Contribute to RFPs, commercial negotiations, and renewal processes
Stay on top of industry trends, competitor moves, and client business changes
Utilise multi-source data, teasing out insights, and translating them into compelling narratives, generating useable insights to drive client success
Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure client success
Skills & Experience You'll Bring
Experience in a an operational or client-facing environment within Field Marketing or FMCG
Exposure to multi-national global clients with a keen interest in building networks
Clear communication - written, verbal, internal and client-facing
Organised - able to manage multiple moving parts, deadlines, and people without dropping balls. This is critical. Project management in Agile is our ideal as we work in an a true Agile model for customer and business success
Commercial mindset and an eye for detail
PowerPoint/Slides is key for us. You know how to structure the narrative, story-tell and design presentation slides (think structure and impact)
Tech Savvy: AI tool experience, CRM platforms. Solid grasp of Excel/Google Sheets (pivots, formulas, data tidy-up)
