Digital Landscope is an AEO/SEO consultancy based in Paisley, and we are growing - we are now looking for a Client Account Manager!

This is an exciting and varied role, in which you will be working closely with the Director and AEO Consultant, overseeing a set number of clients. You'll lead zoom and in-person meetings, you'll get hands-on with client work with our Tech SEO Exec - at the heart of this role is being the main point of contact for our valued clients. A background in sales / conducting meetings is desired, and you'll be trained up on SEO and AEO aspects. Performance bonuses are in place for this role. Previous agency background is not essential.

This role is all about brand representation and you will directly contribute to building trust, delivering measurable growth and building even stronger relationships with our valued clients. We operate ethically and strategically--and with your help, we'll continue being a dependable, friendly agency at the cutting edge of Search & SEO marketing.

What we need from a Client Account Manager

- Brand representative: uphold Digital?Landscope's values

- Administrative excellence: detail-oriented documentation and planning

- Clear and effective communication with our valued clients

- Strong time and priorities management

- The ability to lead meetings

- Come from ideally a sales background or be very good with people

- Natural ability on calls
