Duties

Utilise Salesforce to track client interactions, manage accounts, and analyse sales data for informed decision-making.
Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing our products and services tailored to their needs.
Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
Lead initiatives aimed at improving client experience and engagement through feedback analysis.
Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery that meets client expectations.
Requirements
Proven experience in a client management or similar role within a sales environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards achieving targets.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for building rapport with clients.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
