Main job responsibilities will include:
Administrative assistance which will include keeping yachts updated with charts and publications, dealing with enquiries, management of client files. Liaising with yacht captains and other crew members.
No previous marine experience is necessary for this role as full training will be given, but we have listed below some essential qualities we look for in our future team members....
Experience in a customer service role
Fluent English spoken/written communication skills
Team player with skills to work independently and from your own initiative
Precise attention to detail
A proven ability and confidence to use Microsoft Office products
A dynamic learning nature with an open mind to training
High standards of presentation in work and ability to multitask
Full driving license
Applicants must be based in the UK
Working Hours: 40 per week
Based: at dsnm HQ (SO21 2RH, Hampshire)
Starting salary: 26,000 - 28,000 depending on experience per annum (probationary period of 3 months) plus a substantial increase once fully trained
Holiday: 29 days including bank holidays + Long service allowance (after 3yrs service)+your birthday off if it falls on a working day
