Role Overview




We are seeking a highly motivated

Client Account Manager (Sports)

to oversee client relationships within the sports sector. The role requires a strong understanding of the

webook.com platform

, excellent client management skills, and the ability to support business growth while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for sports partners.

Key Responsibilities:



Gain in-depth knowledge of the

webook.com platform and product portfolio

to provide business analysis and support to clients. Build and maintain

event and ticket inventory

within the webook.com platform. Create

training programmes and documentation

for clients. Develop strong relationships with clients to support, learn and understand their specific needs, and provide excellent support and training services. Assist with business growth,

monitor ticket sales

across all channels, and identify opportunities to increase ticket sales and improve operational efficiency. Provide clients with support, ensure effective communication, and

coordinate problem resolution

working closely with IT, engineering, and other teams. Oversee the processes for

season ticket renewals and match-day on-sales

, ensuring accuracy of information across all sales channels and being present for on-sales as required.

Requirements



+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or related field. + 3+ years of experience in

account management, client services, or sports operations

.
+ Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
+ Ability to work under pressure during peak sales periods.
+ Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
+ Proficiency in ticketing systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
