Working with Accounts and Estate Management and responsible for processing contractor invoices, landlord statements, preparation of payments, processing credit card receipts, liaison with 3rd parties
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
Liaise with and report to landlords & clients.
Prepare landlord rent statements attaching copies of invoices and email/post out.
Save copy of landlord statement on system.
Raise BACS files for payments to landlords.
Process contractor invoices on QUBE, ensuring authorisation by Estate Manager.
Save scanned invoices and attach to the QUBE posting.
Raise contractor payment BACS files.
Extract invoices from files or the system when requested.
Process debit card payments via online banking portal.
Deal with payment and invoice queries via email and telephone.
Constantly update leaseholders notes with any details of correspondence/documents received.
Answer telephone calls
Post direct debit payments.
Processing incoming bank receipts
Run daily receipt clearance routine.
Creating reports for property accounts
Reconciliation of client bank statements
Liaise with departments within the Group as and when required
Carry out any other duties as instructed by line manager
Refer any issues as they arise to the line manager
