Key Responsibilities:

Dealing with queries and providing excellent service to Landlords and Branches over both phone and email Assisting with and providing bespoke reports for landlords Amending ledgers, charges and other transactions to facilitate the smooth movement of landlord monies. Working with the Acquisition team to enable a seamless transition/integration of Acquisition data and balances for multi-landlords. Acting as a support for more complex accounting queries from colleagues in Branches. Willing to learn and develop as part of a growing new team focusing on providing excellent service to landlords.

What are we looking for:

Essential:

Ability to problem solve Customer Service / B2B / Client Relations Experience Excellent telephone manner and written vocabulary Experience on Excel

Desirable:

Experience of Accounts A keen eye for detail Experience of Lettings industry
