About the role:




We're looking for an organised and proactive administrator to support the onboarding, management, and administration of our client network. Internally known as Client Administration Support, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone to gain hands-on administration experience supporting our InPost clients, while working with key stakeholders like Commercial, IT, Finance, and Legal.

What you'll be doing:



Maintain accurate client records and ensure audit compliance Prepare and distribute client service agreements and variation letters Support onboarding administration of new clients and manage termination processes Support administration for legal contracts, import documentation, and rate reviews Manage client setup across platforms including Salesforce and our internal systems Collaborate with commercial teams to update new client details Contribute to weekly team outputs and process improvements Participate in client admin projects and wider business needs

What we need from you:



Previous admin experience in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail with some experience working on systems and/or data entry Ability to meet tight deadlines and work within strict SLAs Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving approach Confident working with diverse stakeholders and balancing competing needs Excellent communication and organisational skills Professional under pressure and able to handle sensitive information Proficient in MS Office and open to learning new systems Time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
