Client Administrator - Wealth Management



What will you be doing?




We're seeking an experienced individual to join our Wealth Management team in Glasgow. You will provide full administrative support to Investment Managers, as well as processing transfers and delivering professional client experience.

Whilst there is flexibility in relation to your working hours, this is a full time, office based position.

As a Client Administrator, your responsibilities will include among others:



To work closely with the aligned Investment Managers to deliver excellent client outcomes. To build relationships with clients and maintain regular contact. Liaise with operational teams where support is provided on activities. e.g., scripts, transfers, corporate actions, static data changes, where applicable. Preparation of meeting packs and valuations (as required) Assist investment managers in the preparation of new business pitches and presentations Maintain back-office systems and client records in line with the company policies using Xplan.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should



Proven experience working in the financial services industry - operations or front office A strong ethic of client service. Strong (verbal and written) communication skills with an ability to build relationships The ability to fully plan workload and display excellent organisational skills. Experience of Xplan financial software Ability to use judgement and reasoning to propose solutions to problems. Knowledge of Investments, Pensions and Life Assurance preferred Minimum Grade C in Maths (if associate)
