My Client a specialist legal debt recovery firm with a strong reputation for delivering ethical, efficient, and effective solutions to our clients are now seeking a proactive and organised Administrator to support their growing client base. This is a key support role within the firm, ensuring that clients receive timely updates and professional service throughout the recovery process.
Job Role
As a Client Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, handling day-to-day queries, and supporting the legal team in managing active debt recovery cases. You'll ensure that all client instructions are handled promptly, accurately, and in line with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Set up new client instructions and maintain accurate case records in the case management system
Prepare and issue client reports, updates, and documentation related to ongoing debt recovery matters
Assist with client onboarding, including compliance checks and verifying documentation in line with AML and GDPR regulations
Monitor case progress and follow up on outstanding information or actions with internal teams
Ensure all correspondence and documentation is correctly filed and recorded
Liaise with solicitors, paralegals, and enforcement officers to provide timely updates to clients
Escalate complex client concerns to the appropriate team or manager
Support general administrative functions to ensure smooth operations within the client services team
Experience required:
Previous experience in an administrative or client support role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and empathetic manner
Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise a busy workload
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience using case or client management systems
A proactive, problem-solving approach to client service
