As a Client Advisor, you will be the face of Atelier Rebul and play a key role in providing an exceptional customer experience. You will guide each customer through a sensorial journey, share the story behind our products, and create lasting emotional connections with our brand.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome customers warmly, ensuring a premium customer journey.

Understand customer needs and provide personalised product recommendations.

Take part in daily store operations such as opening/closing, till management and stock handling.

Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the boutique is always well-presented.

Support in product replenishment, promotions and events.

Work as part of a team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications

You will have:

Previous retail experience, preferably in cosmetics, beauty or luxury industry.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Sales-oriented and passionate about providing excellent customer service.

Strong team player with a proactive attitude.

Passion for storytelling, fragrance, and wellness.

Additional languages are a plus.

Legally eligible to work in the UK.

Pay: Up to 30,000.00 per year
