Client Boarding Manager

at Equifax, you will be the driving force behind a seamless and successful client onboarding experience. You'll manage the entire implementation and boarding stage for new and existing clients, guiding them through the deployment of our cutting-edge API solutions. This is a critical role where you'll act as the central point of contact, coordinating between clients and our internal Sales and Analytics teams to ensure a smooth transition and set the stage for a long-lasting partnership.


What You Will Do



You will own the client onboarding journey from start to finish, ensuring a world-class experience. Your key responsibilities will include:


Lead the Onboarding Journey:

Manage the end-to-end client boarding process, acting as their primary contact and ensuring all expectations are met.

Internal Coordination:

Liaise with diverse internal teams to coordinate all functional areas required for a successful client implementation.

Risk Management:

Proactively identify and resolve risks and issues that arise during the boarding phase to prevent delays, managing the impact of any changes.

Project Planning:

Create and manage clear project plans, RAID logs, and timelines to ensure the onboarding process stays on track.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Build strong, credible relationships with internal stakeholders, working together to deliver solutions and a positive client experience.

Process Documentation:

Ensure all project and client documentation related to the onboarding is accurately maintained and updated.

What Experience You Need



To succeed in this role, you must have:


Strong client-facing delivery experience. Proficiency in MS Office and/or Google Workspace.
