We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and professional Client Care Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis, 14 hours per week at our Bruntsfield clinic.

Flexibility is key and you must be available to work your hours over our clinic opening hours of Monday to Thursday up until 8pm and 4pm on a Friday. Hours to be discussed further at the interview stage

Duties will include, but not exclusively, booking patients and managing clinician diaries, taking payments, answering emails and telephones and other administrative duties. Experience of Microsoft office essential. Experience of online diary systems desirable.
