Full-Time, Permanent Position




We are recruiting Client Care Advisors! If you enjoy providing great service and working in a team, we have just the opportunity for you at Vets for Pets Colchester.

About the Role



Your focus is to provide an exceptional service to our clients and the best care possible to their pets - providing a link between clients and the clinical team. Your ability to build strong relationships with our clients, their pets and the practice team will be critical to your success.


You will be the first person a client greets by telephone and will offer support, guidance and expertise, managing payments and future bookings confidently. Your great client service during a client's call will make sure that their absolute satisfaction is given.


Coordinating the smooth running of the day-to-day routines of the practice will be done using our practice management system, so computer literacy is a must.

Key Responsibilities



First point of contact for clients calling the practice Managing appointments, payments, and bookings Acting as liaison between clients and veterinary staff Using practice management software for daily operations Providing exceptional customer service and support

What We're Looking For



Essential Qualities:



Genuine passion for animals and their welfare Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Calm, empathetic approach when dealing with emotional situations Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility and resilience in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience:



Previous administration or customer service experience Familiarity with veterinary or healthcare environments

Working Hours & Flexibility



Schedule Options:



Full time position (multiple positions available) 1 in 4 weekends Multiple shift patterns available No out-of-hours obligations
