26,437 pro-rata to 13,218.50 per annum

Hours:

20 hours per week, Monday-Sunday (between 3pm - 9 pm)


An exciting opportunity has opened at My Pets Vets for an experienced and enthusiastic Client Care assistant to join our fantastic front-of-house team!

The position will be on a shift basis, ranging between 3pm and 9pm, with 1 in 4 weekends and bank holiday participation.


The duties will involve, but are not limited to:

Welcoming clients and their pets in a warm, professional manner. Managing the diary; booking in appointments and surgical procedures. Answering a range of client questions via email and telephone. Pro-active communication between clients and colleagues to ensure the day runs smoothly. Administration duties e.g. scanning paperwork, filling in forms etc. Processing prescription requests. Taking payments. Promoting offers and services. Ensuring that reception is clean and well-stocked.

Personal Specification

Experience of working within a customer-facing role. Previous Reception experience (Highly desirable)
