Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Client Care Advisor to join our team at the Sevenoaks Veterinary surgery. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support.
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience within the Veterinary industry or reception experience.
Duties
Serve as the primary contact for the Sevenoaks surgery Provide accurate information regarding services and products to clients. Book appointments and managing client inquiries efficiently. Handle administrative tasks. Cleaning duties
Qualifications
Previous experience in a veterinary practice is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work independently A genuine passion for animal welfare and client service is essential.
Hours are 9.00 am- 6.00 pm Monday to Friday at the Sevenoaks Veterinary surgery
Working 1:6 weekends at our Meopham Veterinary Hospital with day in lieu given for each weekend worked.
Salary is national minimum wage
