Brownlow Vets Pets is seeking a professional and dedicated Client Care Coordinator to join our busy veterinary practice located in Ellesmere, Shropshire. As the first point of contact for our clients and their pets, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all.

Our practice is part of a three-branch family, which includes Border Vets in Oswestry and Castle Vets in Chirk. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality care for small companion animals. Nestled on the picturesque Welsh and Shropshire border, we're committed to promoting a healthy work-life balance for our dedicated team.

Key responsibilities will include:

Manage incoming calls and client inquiries with professionalism and care Accurately handle cash and card payments Schedule appointments and manage diary logistics to ensure efficient service delivery Support the team with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations Maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive information

Our ideal candidate

Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional manor Strong telephone etiquette and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment Attention to detail and a willingness to learn Experience in a client-facing role, particularly in managing phone calls and payment transactions, is desirable, along with comfort using IT systems Well-organised and well-presented, you will work collaboratively as part of our team or independently as required While previous veterinary experience is advantageous, it is not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.

About the rota

This is a full-time permanent role working 37.5 hours per week. Th shifts include Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:30am-6:30pm. There will be 1 in 3 Saturdays from 8:30am-1:30pm.
