We specialise in working with individuals over 40 who want to improve their fitness, lose weight, and get in shape. The Role: Client Care Specialist
The Client Care Specialist plays a vital role in the growth of the Body Fitness Studio brand. This position supports our community by engaging clients and prospects, ultimately helping to increase and retain our membership base.
This is a part-time position based at our studio in the scenic Petersfield countryside, with the option to work from home occasionally.
You should be available for a minimum of 10-15 hours per week, with opportunities to increase hours as the role develops.

Key Responsibilities
Client Care
Greet members with a smile and assist with front-of-house enquiries.
Support coaches before and after sessions.
Book client appointments and process payments.
Respond to emails, messages, and calls.
Create social media content for Meta.
Organise community events & socials.
Prospect Follow-up
Nurture leads and enquiries
Conduct phone consultations and onboard new members
Keep prospect spreadsheets updated
Operations & Admin
Attend team meetings
Support admin tasks, filing, and office upkeep
Opportunity to attend Business and Marketing conferences with Directors.
PA to the Director
Manage priorities and filter tasks
Handle enquiries and assist with projects
You Will Need
An Outgoing personality, friendly and proactive.
Excellent communication, both written and verbal English.
Confident on the phone and in social media.
Organised with great attention to detail.
Proficient with MS Office & Google Docs/Sheets.
Passion for fitness and healthy living.
Research skills are needed.
Must have a positive, can-do attitude.
Complete tasks in a proactive and timely manner.
