DACBeachcroft has an exciting opportunity for a Client Coordinator to join our Clients & Markets team, working closely with the Business Development Team to support our client development programme through developing and growing client relationships and embed the firmwide strategy to deliver \xe2\x80\x9cbespoke solutions, one client at a time\xe2\x80\x9d.

The Client Coordinator vacancy is open to all DACBeachcroft office locations. This is a permanent, full-time role.

Role Responsibility

  • Support with a range of business development activities including the creation of BD opportunity documents, supporting the management and reporting of key accounts, client planning, and supporting our client listening activities.
  • Work with BD colleagues to support the production of bespoke client reports, including the tracking and reporting of client value add services (including training, secondments and client listening feedback)
  • Suggest ideas, maintain content and assist in the development of the \'DACB Client Engagement Hub\', \'BD & Sales Training Programme\' and \'Client Management Tools\'.
  • Help promote the use of business development, sales & client development tools. Become an advocate and super user for our CRM database (Intapp OnePlace)to ensure effective business and client contact data capture
  • Support the team with administrative duties such as maintaining and directing enquiries through various team inboxes.
  • Engage with colleagues from across Clients & Markets as well as the wider Business Services teams as needed including Finance, MI, Risk, HR, IT to build your internal networks to support the role.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Have the ability to co-ordinate tasks and projects through prioritising work
  • Be able to communicate clearly and confidently with people across all areas of the business on the phone, in written communication and in person
  • Have 6 - 12 months experience in an administrative role ideally within a professional services environment
  • Demonstrate the ability to work as a part of a team and also work autonomously
  • Have strong computer literacy, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint (essential), and ideally experience of CRM systems
  • Have good levels of numeracy, able to analyses and manipulate spreadsheets
  • Works successfully in virtual teams
  • Pro-active, self-motivated, resourceful
  • Keen attention to detail and careful proofreading
