Job Description

Sewell Wallis are delighted to be working with a great organisation based in Chesterfield and with further sites throughout the UK. Due to continued growth this is a new role to support the HR Manager in all aspects of HR with an emphasis on recruitment.

This role will take the lead on all end to end recruitment from compiling the spec, placing ads, prescreening, interviewing and onboarding. They have exciting plans for further growth and this is therefore a pivotal role within the organisation.

Other HR duties will include:
Maintaining staff records
Updating and revising HR policies
Assisting with ER issues
Supporting the L&D programme.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with a recruitment background who wants to take their first step into HR as it offers full CIPD study support and continued coaching with an experienced HR Manager.
