Client Development Director
\xc2\xa350,000 - \xc2\xa370,000 depending on experience + annual bonus
Mainly remote working with travel to clients

A fantastic opportunity for a commercially aware, highly experienced Client Relationship Director to join an established Membership organisation in London Bridge.

The successful candidate will have 3-5 years\' proven experience as an Account/Client Director with a natural ability to influence and build relationships at all levels. The ability to recognize opportunities to upsell products and act as a trusted advisor is essential.

The Role:

  • Achieve renewal, revenue upgrades and product targets
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Members, offering expertise and insight while constructively challenging the effectiveness of their strategies
  • Carry out research and analysis to identify commercial trends, issues and challenges relevant to Members and their sector
  • Demonstrate the ROI of Membership
  • Work with the Client Delivery Managers to ensure annual ROI statements are provided so Members can clearly see the value of their Membership.
  • Apply an enquiring approach to understand the Member\'s needs in order to provide robust and relevant solutions
  • In conjunction with the Head of Client Relationship Management, analyse Customer Satisfaction Survey feedback regarding account management support and implement action plans to address areas identified as requiring improvement.
  • Proactively provide feedback and ideas to assist Marcomms in creating tailored Member communications
  • Provide feedback, evidence and recommendations to the Product team to help develop and amend current products and services
Essential requirements:
  • Director level experience within Account Management/Client Relationship, ideally with a Membership background
  • Experience managing and delivering revenue targets
  • Able to influence at a senior level - CEO\'s etc.
  • Able to challenge and have a consultative approach when dealing with members
  • Commercially aware with an understanding of how different business models operate in a range of sectors
  • Exceptional relationship building skills with the ability to demonstrate a strategic awareness
  • Able to recognise and develop sales opportunities
