Responsibilities / Position overview

We are seeking a business development and market research professional to join our Insight team as our Client Services Director. This role sits within our wider Asset Optimization and Commericialization division, which serves our clients by enabling them to optimize the value and impact of their assets by developing comprehensive commercial strategy, providing powerful insights and consulting expertise. We are passionate about client engagement, achieved by the relationships we build and the in-depth market research methods we use, which enable us to provide actionable insights. The Client Services Director will be responsible for identifying and converting new business opportunities by expanding on current accounts. As the Client Services Director, you will focus on account planning for growth within our key accounts and build strong relationships to ensure repeat business. The Client Services Director will take responsibility for the strategic direction, growth and development, and delivery standards for a range of accounts, working closely with research teams to achieve and exceed targets.
