We are seeking a dynamic Client Engagement & Marketing Lead to drive awareness, nurture client relationships, and attract new business. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in content creation, client engagement, and lead generation.
Responsibilities
Client Nurturing & Engagement:
Develop CRM email campaigns to keep clients informed of new services, our latest news, and relevant case studies.
Work with the producers to support with client calls and proposal writing.
Identify upselling, cross-selling and partnership opportunities across our services.
Nurture existing clients, hosting lunch and learn sessions, events and webinars.
Regularly check-in with clients to understand their pain points, and where our services can help.
Marketing and Content Creation:
Develop and execute content strategies that highlight our expertise, including case studies, blogs, and social media posts.
Work with creatives to develop compelling marketing assets that align with brand positioning.
Oversee the company's social media presence.
Manage content on the website, alongside the Head of IT.
Experience in SEO, PPC and social media ads is a bonus!
Business Development & Lead Generation:
Implement strategies to attract new business through networking, industry events, and targeted outreach.
Utilise CRM tools (we use Zoho CRM) to track lead progress and conversion rates.
