Operating primarily from our store, we are now setting the stage to expand our services through a seamless online platform, beginning with East London. We are also preparing to enter the home cleaning segment soon.

Business Development & Marketing Lead
who can drive our expansion and establish Flydry as the go-to brand for high-quality, convenient cleaning solutions.
Role Type:
Part-time or Equity-Based (upon discussion)
Ideal for someone passionate about growing with a startup and reaping the long-term benefits of equity.
Location:
London (Preferred)
Must be based in the
UK
with the flexibility to visit our store when required.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Identify and develop strategic partnerships to drive customer acquisition and service expansion.
Engage with local businesses, corporate offices, and community groups to promote Flydry's services.
Explore opportunities to expand into new markets, starting with East London and beyond.
Marketing Strategy & Execution:
Craft and execute digital marketing strategies to build Flydry's brand presence.
Leverage social media, email marketing, and local community engagement to drive traffic and conversions.
Plan and manage online campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram.
Online Platform Expansion:
Work with the team to optimize the Flydry online platform for seamless user experience.
Support the rollout of new services such as home cleaning with effective go-to-market strategies.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent service delivery.
Collect and analyze customer feedback to refine services and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in
business development and marketing
, preferably in service-oriented sectors.
Familiarity with
digital marketing tools
(SEO, social media marketing, PPC, email campaigns).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the capability to work independently and grow with the business.
Hands-on experience with
local market expansion strategies
and community engagement.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Nice to Have:
Previous experience with
startups
or
small businesses

Knowledge of
