The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Client Director to join Korn Ferry Digital, specifically focusing on our Digital Talent Management and Assessment Solutions

You will be responsible for identifying new prospects, converting them into clients, and collaborating with HR leaders on an identified set of large, highly strategic prospects. You will accomplish this through the ability to sell the full scope of the company\'s solutions in a consultative manner, negotiate an effective contract, and tailor solutions that address client needs.

You will be seen as a unique authority in Talent Management and/or Assessment and as visible and influential across the business.

Responsibilities/Accountabilities will include but are not limited to :

\xc2\xb7 Developing strategic business and account plans for area of responsibility to maximize revenue from new clients by addressing the unique needs and opportunities of the assigned scope of responsibility.

\xc2\xb7 Selling solutions that are often integrated (cross-category e.g., Learning and Development and Assessments) or meeting a variety of complex business challenges. To achieve this, cultivating senior relationships, identifying new opportunities, and key account management skills are critical.

\xc2\xb7 Demonstrating a deep level of knowledge across your specialist category area, acting as a trusted advisor, both internally and externally.

\xc2\xb7 Maintaining and expanding long term relationships for the purpose of generating new and yield/cross-sell business.

\xc2\xb7 High levels of coordination and influence of multiple internal stakeholders to drive the account and related projects.

\xc2\xb7 Preparing complex proposals and solutions that require creativity, entrepreneurialism, and specialist knowledge.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to engage with client\'s technical buyers and debate the merits of KF\'s products.

\xc2\xb7 Analysing specified problems and issues to find the best technical and/or professional solutions.

\xc2\xb7 Being very well networked across KF and able to persuade and encourage Consultants to adopt KF Digital solutions.

\xc2\xb7 Tracking and updating client information and opportunities in customer relationship management systems.

\xc2\xb7 Preparing presentations and sales contracts.

\xc2\xb7 Complying with contracting and account administration processes to ensure that contractual, legal, and invoicing requirements are met, and high levels of efficiency maintained.

Professional Experience/Qualifications/Skills

\xc2\xb7 Extensive experience in account management including large strategic account management.

\xc2\xb7 Experience with developing new business and maintaining client relationships.

\xc2\xb7 Entrepreneurial, bold, and creative - understanding the deep-rooted challenges within an account and positioning broad solutions to fit.

\xc2\xb7 Significant experience in Digital SaaS consultative selling and pre/post sales activities within professional services

\xc2\xb7 Deep expertise in Talent Management and/or Assessment & Selection, with a good understanding of how Korn Ferry\'s broader solutions support business issues.

\xc2\xb7 Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills; strong conceptual and analytical skills

\xc2\xb7 Able to provide substantial input which contributes to the ongoing development and improvement of major KF Digital global processes, protocols, and standards.

\xc2\xb7 Strong pipeline analysis and opportunity forecasting skills.

\xc2\xb7 Strong customer-centered selling skills.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to present and defend point of view constructively and persuasively.

\xc2\xb7 Insatiable curiosity and drive to succeed. Perseverant and upbeat.

\xc2\xb7 Understands how to work with senior level management. Solutions oriented.

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience.
