Grade 7: 39,424 - 47,779 per annum including the Oxford University Weighting of 1,730 per annum



Permanent, full time (37.5 hours per week)



Said Business School is a world-renowned institution within the University of Oxford, known for its academic excellence and impact on global business. Executive Education at the School is entering a period of ambitious expansion, with plans to double revenue over the next three years. To support this strategic growth, we are seeking a Client Engagement and Delivery Manager to join our dynamic and collaborative team.



As a Client Engagement and Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of our Executive Education programmes - ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience for clients and participants alike. You will oversee a portfolio of client accounts, working across in-person, online and blended formats, and coordinating stakeholders from across the School.



Please note that some international travel may be required as part of this role.



Key responsibilities:


Own the full lifecycle of programme delivery, from scoping and planning to execution and evaluation. Act as a key point of contact for senior client representatives, building long-term partnerships and identifying opportunities for account growth. Manage programme budgets totalling up to 3m+ annually, ensuring all financial activities are accurately planned, tracked and reconciled. Ensure that all programmes meet the School's highest standards of service delivery, working closely with internal teams, Faculty and external partners. Guide Programme Coordinators and Managers, and collaborate closely with the Sales, Finance and Learning Design teams.
You will have extensive project management experience in a high-performance, client-focused environment, with a proven ability to manage multiple complex projects under pressure while maintaining quality. You will demonstrate strong financial acumen, including budget creation and expenditure tracking, and possess the expertise to advise on and drive continuous improvement.



You must have the Right to Work within the UK as this position may not amount to enough points under the points-based immigration system in the UK.
