What You'll Be Doing:



Engaging with businesses over the phone to introduce and sell our exciting conferences and events. It's all about delegate places and that means attracting people. The more you get, the more you make! Building relationships with clients and understanding their goals and challenges. Selling event packages and delegate places means opening up sponsorship opportunities which means more commission. Following up warm leads and developing new business through targeted outreach. Working closely with the marketing team to refine your pitch and client approach. Tracking your progress in our CRM system and celebrating your wins along the way.

What You'll Bring:



Experience in a customer-facing or customer service role - retail, hospitality, contact centre, or support. A confident, friendly, and persuasive phone manner. Drive, ambition, and a hunger to learn and succeed in a sales environment. Resilience and positivity - you bounce back from knock-backs and keep going! Strong communication and relationship-building skills. A genuine interest in people, business, and live events. A big interest in revenue and targets.
