Are you passionate about delivering outstanding client care and creating exceptional first impressions? We are looking for a Client Engagement Lead to join our team in Nottingham. This role is about ensuring that new business enquiries are managed efficiently and converted into successful client relationships. You will act as the first point of contact for prospective clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional service, can prioritise a busy workload, and is willing to learn. Sales experience would be an advantage, and while legal experience isn't essential, an interest in learning legal terminology and systems will help you succeed. You should be professional, detail-oriented, and confident in working independently.
