Role Overview
The Client Engagement and Marketing Executive plays a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. This position combines CRM management, outbound prospecting, event representation, and digital marketing & social media platforms to support the company's growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Management:
Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system (HubSpot).
Ensure data accuracy and track engagement metrics.
Generate reports to support sales and marketing activities.
Prospecting & Lead Generation:
Conduct outbound calls and emails to potential clients.
Qualify sales opportunities and pass them to the sales team.
Maintain a pipeline of prospects and follow up regularly.
Event & Trade Show Representation:
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
Network with potential clients and partners.
Assist in event planning and logistics.
Social Media & Digital Engagement:
Manage the company's social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
Create and schedule engaging content.
Monitor performance and respond to audience interactions.
Marketing Support:
Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing campaigns.
Assist in creating promotional materials and email campaigns.
Analyse campaign performance and suggest improvements.
Additional Duties
Liquid Fleet operates within a very dynamic sector, where we sometimes need to react and flex to several market and business shifts to achieve our Objectives. From time to time, this may involve activities not specifically referenced within this job description but could be necessary to support the wider Marketing & Sales functions and drive our overarching strategy.

Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in client engagement, marketing, or sales support.
Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferable).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Experience in B2B environments, preferably in vehicle leasing or fleet management, but open to all sector experiences & backgrounds, as we're looking for enthusiasm and a can-do mentality to support the sales team and wider business
Proficiency in social media platforms, AI assistants and digital marketing tools.
