In this dynamic, fast-paced role, you will engage with clients primarily via telephone, chat, email, and social media - focusing on complaint resolution and first contact resolution (FCR). Your expertise will help build rapport, address queries from discerning clients, and uphold the high standards of luxury service that the Jaguar Land Rover brand embodies.
