We are seeking a Client Care Advisor for our small animal general practice!

Your New Role

As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and their pets. Your role will involve delivering outstanding customer service, managing appointments, and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk.
You will greet all clients warmly and professionally, answer phone calls, and deliver exceptional customer service. Provide clients with informative and empathetic guidance, converting inquiries into appointments to support pet healthcare. Ensure accurate invoicing and payment collection while presenting a knowledgeable and professional image that promotes the practice and instils confidence in our clients.

This is a full-time permanent role working 37.5 hours per week.

We are a large 11 branch practice with a variety of Certificate holder Veterinary Surgeons. We have a range of facilities from Dental xray, digital xray, ultrasound, CT scanner and Digital Laparoscope.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and strong organisational abilities with keen attention to detail. The ideal candidate should be able to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using IT systems for scheduling and record-keeping is important. While experience in a veterinary setting is preferred, it is not essential.
