The work you'll do in guiding, supporting and influencing managers from a large number of clients will transform lives, careers and workplace cultures via a range of training programmes delivered to an exceptionally high standard.

As a pivotal member of Notion's Mission Control Team, you will act as a Learner Engagement Specialist, supporting global learners from FTSE 250 and Fortune 500 companies across all sectors (e.g. Virgin Atlantic, University of Warwick, Premier Foods, NHS, David Lloyd Leisure, Co-op and many more), and driving the evolution of our delivery processes. Your role involves a blend of high-standard learner support and proactive operational improvement.

Structured onboarding and training will be provided to ensure you can excel in this role.

Provide expert learner support and experience by:



Acting as the front-line contact for learners, handling queries with professionalism and empathy Proactively engaging with global learners across multiple channels, including phone, Zoom, and email Tracking, analysing and taking action against learner performance to ensure successful outcomes Continuously improving skills to actively encourage and improve individual learner engagement Creating high-quality evaluation reports that are shared with clients to support the successful outcomes of our programmes Joining our weekly live launch events and other training sessions, acting as a technical facilitator and learner liaison Managing and reviewing the quality of candidates' work, providing feedback where necessary, to help facilitate them in achieving their accreditation

Drive operational excellence and innovation by:



Administering the core fundamentals of our service and training programme delivery Proactively identifying inefficiencies in existing client success and delivery processes Contributing ideas and supporting initiatives for workflow automation and process improvement Assisting in the strategic integration of AI and data tools to enhance team speed and accuracy

Support the broader team and future growth by:



Working within a fast-paced, high-output team whilst maintaining exceptionally high standards Preparing for future opportunities to oversee critical delivery paths and assist in programme launches Developing project management and governance capabilities as you demonstrate impact Helping to shape the operational future of the organisation through high performance and innovation

Carry out personal development by:



Participating in our multi-award-winning STAR programme to earn professional management certifications Gaining the tools and skills necessary to transition into a future leadership role Utilising self-development tools and an employee training allowance for additional qualifications

About You



Confident communicator, both online and by phone/Zoom Well-spoken and articulate Strong organisational skills Excellent at multitasking Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-output environment Excellent customer service skills Ability to work under pressure Ability to work in a collaborative environment An affable people person who can build relationships quickly High levels of accuracy and attention to detail Ideally, a graduate with previous work experience in a complementary area

Remuneration Package



Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, Office-Based in Leamington Spa
Salary: Year 1: 26.5k - 28k, expected to achieve Yr 2: 30-32k
Annual Leave: 20 days paid holiday + 8 bank holidays per year
An additional day's holiday per year of service (up to 5 more days)
An optional 5 days of unpaid leave per year
