Job Description

We're seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join us as a Client Experience Assistant. In this role, you'll be part of a dynamic team, working closely with the Centre Manager's to deliver One Avenue's award-winning, world-class service. You'll act as an extension of our clients' businesses, anticipating their needs and consistently exceeding expectations.

Key Responsibilities:



Delivering exceptional client service. Assist in managing administrative tasks. Supporting client move-ins and move-outs. Support the design and customisation of our office spaces. Organise and execute client events. Conduct regular checks to maintain high building standards. Identify areas for improvement and suggest enhancements to the client experience.

Experience:

1+ year in a client-facing, hospitality, or administrative role (desired but not essential).

Serviced office experience isn't required!

If you have transferable skills and the determination to learn and excel, we'll provide you with all the support and training needed to succeed.

Please note: this is a Monday to Friday office-based team role.
