We are now looking for a confident and proactive Client Experience Lead to help us deliver the highest standards of service to our clients and visitors. This role is ideal for someone with a background in customer service, hospitality, or office management who enjoys variety, organisation, and making a difference.

You will take ownership of maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment, championing client service excellence, and ensuring that every client and visitor experience is consistently outstanding. You will also play an influential role in supporting, guiding, and coordinating our administrative function, helping colleagues perform at their best and uphold our professional standards across the business.

Key Areas of Responsibility

:

Client Experience & Service Excellence:

Champion a culture of exceptional service across all client touchpoints. Act as the go-to person for maintaining client-facing standards and communication quality. Identify opportunities to enhance processes and improve the overall client experience.
Office Coordination & Presentation:

Oversee the smooth running of the office, ensuring it remains professional, organised, and client-ready at all times. Manage visitor procedures, including sign-in, security, and hospitality. Coordinate the scheduling of client meetings, ensuring rooms are prepared and equipped. Oversee building and facilities maintenance, liaising with contractors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure the office environment is safe, well-presented, and operating smoothly.
Administrative Oversight & Support:

Support administrative processes such as mail handling, document management, and client correspondence. Help ensure accurate, up-to-date client information is maintained in CRM systems. Provide hands-on support with reception duties ensuring a professional and welcoming first impression for all visitors. Assist with wider administrative tasks as needed to support smooth business operations.
Communication & Collaboration:

Promote clear and consistent communication across the business, sharing updates and coordinating internal events. Foster collaboration between admin and operational teams to ensure a seamless client journey. Contribute ideas for continuous improvement in office and administrative systems.
Leadership & Development Support:

Guide and support the admin function, offering structure, coaching and encouragement to help colleagues perform confidently and efficiently. Take a proactive role in coordinating priorities and resources within the team to ensure smooth delivery of client and internal requirements. Encourage high standards of service, presentation, and professionalism. Support a positive, team-oriented culture where everyone takes pride in the client experience.

To be successful you will have:



A strong background in customer service, hospitality, or administration in a professional setting. Experience in leading, supervising or coordinating a small team or function - ensuring tasks are delivered to a high standard. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and professional manner. High levels of organisation and attention to detail. Confidence using Microsoft Office and business software systems. A proactive, problem-solving approach with a focus on continuous improvement. Flexibility, positivity, and calmness under pressure.
